What is the Live In Fit Boot Camp?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by one of our team of highly qualified professional trainers. Each day, camp will be one hour in length and start exactly at the appointed start time on the calendar page.
What Live In Fit Boot Camp is NOT:
Live In Fit Boot Camp is NOT a militaristic style camp where you will be humiliated or an overly competitive environment where you will be pushed beyond your abilities. Once again, this is a friendly, fun environment where everyone works to the best of their ability. You have everything to gain by joining. Don’t let any false fears hold you back. You deserve to be in the body of your dreams, and this camp can get you there! Do you need to be held accountable? Do you need motivation? Would you like to meet fun people? If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, Live In Fit Boot Camp is for you!
So what will I gain in camp? Why should I come?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! When you follow camp with a healthy meal and hot shower, you will feel unstoppable. This camp goes so much further than the 5-10 pounds you will lose. The effects are so far reaching into all areas of your life as you begin to love the reflection that stares back at you in the mirror. Reclaim your life and feel better than you have in years – maybe even decades!
What separates Live In Fit from others:
- We believe in and apply our core values.
- We have a three phase system
- Pre-valuation, you will arrive 15min early to do a one-on-one assessment. You will reveal your personal goals, discuss health concerns and general fears, and start your weekly measurement program. Then together we will develop a achievable strategy to start reaching your goals.
- Your workouts: what every program you are on we believe in accountability. We stress that you attend as many boot-camps as possible. You can mix-and-match locations.
- Post-Evaluation: At the end of your 4 weeks we will review your handout and measurements. This allow us to see if your goals are being reach and to make the necessary changes to make sure your goals are achievable.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, Tae Bo®, obstacle courses, Metabolic training, push-ups, Pilates, games, surprises, and more!
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday-Thursday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.

What Do I need to Bring to Camp?
- A water bottle
- Yoga mat and a towel
- We will ask you to bring weights on weight lifting days
- We provides bands to you
- Last but not least a smile to greet others
